Sharing Hope And God's Love Across The Midwest
It is with immense gratitude and joy that I greet you for another season of updates from the mission field. Whether you have been following our journey for years or have just joined us in prayer and partnership, your encouragement and support are treasured beyond measure. As we continue to walk in faith, pursuing the call to serve, we witness daily how God’s grace transforms lives and communities.
Community Outreach and Transformation
We were overjoyed with the attendance of both the Main Street Tabernacle in Belleville Kansas as well as Pathway in Minneapolis Kansas. Both churches have outreach programs weekly in door to door visitation as well as special events tables.
Church Growth and Discipleship
The main Street Tabernacle is just a couple of months out and is already planning for their community Thanksgiving feast. Through this yearly dinner, Pastor Samples has been able to reach souls for the Kingdom. If you're in the mood to travel they would welcome all the help they can get to put this on, as volunteers are certainly welcome.
Pathway Church each year around the fall seasons sets a booth for the Fall festival and has reached many as well. Pastor McGee says it is one of the highlights of the church each year to embrace the community and share the Gospel.
Missionary work is often a tapestry of joy and challenge. While the victories are many, there are also days when patience and perseverance are stretched. It would seem being a Missionary on American soil would be easier for a family to navigate, but the challenges are just as real for them as much as it is for those on foreign soil. To learn the community and the ways of living is challenging, especially in a community where work on the farm is sun up to sun down.
As we look to the coming months, several initiatives are on the horizon. I will be leaving on October the 3rd for a 2 week long survey trip starting in South Dakota preaching a 5 year Anniversary In Arlington for Pastor Robbie McClelland, then on down to Kansas for Revival services there. Help us pray for directions on a new church plant as well as these meetings.
Your partnership remains essential. Whether through prayer, financial support, or volunteering, you are a vital part of the ministry. If you feel led to contribute, please reach out to our office. We also welcome correspondence—your letters, prayers, and encouragement are deeply valued.
We are beyond grateful for the churches that support this ministry. Without your prayers and support, we could not do it. My email address is Rickey.rfs@gmail.com. Feel free to contact us at any time with questions concerning ways to serve or to support. It was said of Nehemiah that was in no haste or hurry. He will not begin till he has counted the cost and then will not stop till he has finished the work. It is within my heart to be like Nehemiah: let us work on the wall while fighting in the field.
In His Grace,
Evangelist-Church Planter
